The Y896-Y899 are the six-axle GenSets ordered for the Roseville hump. Rail Power calls them RP20CD, UP calls 'em RP20SD.
And just for the sake of clarity, a GenSet and a Green Goat are two completely different animals. The only Green Goat to ever work in Roseville was the Y2004, which spent the majority of its test period working in Fresno. It's since been retired and returned to it's manufacturer. The majority of UP's Green Goats worked in Texas, with a few at Mira Loma. As a herd, they were somewhat less than a smashing success, having the annoying tendency to catch fire - some units more than once.
As an aside, UP's GenSet prototype, the Y2005, is currently out of service at the West Colton Diesel Shop with ongoing control problems. So not only does it sort of look like an Alco C-415, it's acting like one as well!
