There was a parade in downtown Sandpoint that blocked access to the park where you could shoot the 4449 in good light on the long bridge provided you had a lengthy telephoto lens. That didn't stop people from shooting the dark side of the train from the Hwy 95 bridge. As far as the Flathead Tunnel goes, I might be the only one to get a photo of the train entering the tunnel.
