As I approached Sandpoint, there were at least half a dozen chasers trying to enter a very crowded U.S. 95 off Bottle Bay Road. Some probably shot at the Xing, some I know shot at the reverse curves southeast of the bridge, but I'll bet a few shot off Bottle Bay Road at the bridge's northeast side. More of a going-away shot (great for those CZ cars on the rear), but that's where the good light would have been. Ted's right; there's a great morning shot from the city park, and yes it'll take a mighty long lens. Too bad that big crane doing the pier replacement is currently ruining that view. Did anyone manage to frame the Statue of Liberty AND the 4449 in one shot?
