About 500' or so west of Perimeter Dr (Farm road if your google), which is just west of the campus. The rail joint was removed there so that all of the signals in Moscow wouldn't have to be inspected. Right next to the removed joint on the opposite rail is the insulated joint for the crossing at Perimeter Dr. It was taken out there so that storage cars could be placed on the end of the main and not activate the crossing at Perimeter Dr. This photo:

shows the removed joint and red flag (which disappeared the next winter). The road in the distance is Perimeter Dr, still with the signals.
