I was standing in the yard in Chama a couple weeks ago discussing boiler shell patches with the
powers that be and the general opinion wasn't whether or not to fix but rather how. That Heisler
is much the same animal, it just looks like a tough job. A Heisler is a better balanced animal
that a Shay and it'll be nice to see it running. Those of us who rode the PLA trips in the early
seventies remember the wonderful assortment of things that sat outside the shops.
