Hey Rich & Tom--
Since I am not an expert on logging lines, are we talking "PICKERING" in this case ??

IF we are, then I'll contribute to this thread by stating that "PICKERING SHAY # 11"
was pulling two cabooses and giving rides to the general public at Rio Vista Junction on Sunday, APRIL 4th, 1971---- when BAERA operated the famed "Kite Route" excursion from Oakland to RVJ via SP and SN... The Shay was owned by "Tom Irion" at the time.

Were you guys on that trip ?? I filmed it..
