The only track work I'm aware of is from M st to just about S 50th st. As best I can tell they been doing this section in stages to accomodate weekend work by Tacoma Rail. In the midst of all the track work, the Atlas foundry has still been serviced, although for days at a time, the spur has been unconnected to the main line.

Sorry, I try to avoide I-5 between Tacoma and Olympia, so while I'm aware of trains on the Prairie line from time to time, I have not idea of the patterns.
