Great shot, Steve; kudos also for the shots in the current Trains magazine.
Regarding an Amtrak stop @ Chambers Bay, residents of Anderson Island have been asking for an Amtrak stop @ the Steilacoom Ferry Terminal for 10 years at least. Said stop could also serve the Ft. Lewis, Lakewood, & American Lake areas. No word from Amtrak as of yet. Perhaps Pierce Co. will convince Sound Transit to run golf specials for the upcoming events.
Regarding Sounder work on the ex - NP Prairie line,I have seen some utility & R of W work @ Gravelly Lake Dr., & S.W. 100th crossings.
