Er, actually, No. The NWPY Lease and Operating Agreement did not include service rights to any portion of the Vineberg Lead, Under CFNR's Agreement with UP, all rail customers on the Vineberg Lead were UPRR customers served by the CFNR. Additionally, because the timber pile bridge just east of the Schellville Yard (Br. 40.66) was condemned, no Vineberg customers received any direct rail service in 2001. The available NWPY data do not include any Vineberg customer carloads.
