From what I observed, the only traffic the Sierra gets in Oakdale is the covered hoppers going to the cannery. I have not seen anything go in or out of the Hershey plant in years. I know Hershey used to have a few tank cars on site that I assume they used for mobile storage. They moved them around with a small trackmobile. I have not seen the tank cars or trackmobile since Sconza took over the plant.
