The last run of the FM Trainmaster on the Peninsula was Feb 5, 1975.

As far as the location today, yes, there is a fence. But there is also an old highway bumper in the vicinity that can easily be used to get photographs of the location by standing on top of it. And it may all seem like "crap" today, but 20 yrs from now, it will not be viewed as crap by many of today's kids...
