Kepler makes a good point. I've had respect for Red Emerson and his family and this seems a little out of character, but with the demise of Almanor Railroad I think we are seeing these private companies shedding property in hard economic times they have to pay taxes and insurance on and they know they will never use again. It's the bottom line.
