Spokane International Lives !!!

Spotted on my recent vacation, Northbound @ Chemult, OR., on May 18th,2010; an entire train of 81 Ewe - Pee green ballast cars recently remarked " S.I. " . Any ideas on why Omaha would resurrect a railroad they swallowed up over 40 years ago ??? BTW, the power featured an BNSF Grienstein Green SD as 2nd unit.
