Take over of the IN&P will never happen, price tag to "BIG" for just the business and not the
infrastructure, (UP owns the property and leases to the IN&P.) Along the same lines, UP would
"NEVER" allow foreign passenger operations on their property... "EVER"............ (unless you
had some very "DEEP" pockets and even at that likely not to happen!)
