The Portland & Western Railroad project SP_Redelectric indicates as a rumor is in fact ranked #22 (of the top 41 out of 81 proposed projects) by the ConnectOregon III final ranking committee for a cost of $2,381,784.80 for land acquisition and rail building. Final Oregon Transportation Commission decision this month.

That "historic" wig wag crossing signal in Banks had been modified with a LED or similar lamp.........
