Challenge as they may, win their challenge they might, but the greasy attornies will get their cut- probably more than one-third! What if they don't win the challenge? Years of costly litigation and the chance to lose, and how is the 'one third to a half of actual pain and suffering' actually calculated, anyway?

How and where does Connex/SCRRA 'bring to the table' 600 mil that they don't have? Out of MY pocket? A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush!

So much greed from others' pain...very sick.
