This is the guy who authorized the sale of tickets for the Tacoma run before the 2100 left St. Thomas, who said he was going to run the engine (which hadn't run more than a hundred yards in 2 years) from Vancouver, B.C. to Seattle without even consulting BNSF, and generally make a joke out of the Golden Pacific Railway before it even turned a wheel, right? And you wonder why I'd be leary of anything he proposes.
