The article is attributed to Edward R. Hamberger, President and Chief Executive Officer the American Association of Railroads (AAR) I'd say those people are pro-rail. Interesting that his by line does not include his job title and company.

It might have been interesting to visit the Transportation Technology Center aboard the AAPRCO train to Colorado.
