The Portland, Ore. Oregonian is reporting that Millenium Bulk Logistics, the U.S. subsidiary of Australia-based Ambre Energy, is seeking to establish a coal export terminal at the Port of Longview, Wash.

The plan, if approved, would result in Powder River coal making its way by train to Longiew for export to customers in Asia.
