No, it's not. It takes into account all BNSF coal trains. So far, excluding some UP trains that were not from the PRB, I count 367 trains so far this year, and this is the 322nd day, so that works out to 1.14 trains per day. This is also does not count coke trains, which operate very infrequently, and are not coal. This is, of course, is just the average over the course of the year so far, some days more, some less.
