That makes since. I boarded the train in Paso Robles, and #14 was ONLY late because it had to stop to allow #11 by somewhere between Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. I noticed a MoW crew working on the track as we were stopped in Eugene, OR. Thanks for the insight!
