I too have witnessed BNSF's stellar handling of Amtrak trains on their system, even in such trying places as Stevens Pass. Perhaps EwePee is finally realizing what BNSF long ago learned,that Amtrak will PAY the freight railroads an on - time performance fee, for basically doing little more than the job a well - run railroad does already !!!
