There is a small handheld scanner out there, one is a Radio Shack the other is a Uniden, both say NASCAR on them. I purchased one at an RS in the QCA the other at the Puallup,WA. HAM fest both at $20 price. After re-programming for the AAR freqs. they both performed very well and fit into your shirt pocket. All public service freqs. and the 800Mhzs performed well too.
