Sever Duty,
The original oil plant was at Saco, just north of BKFLD and then a plant was opened just south of Mojave. I can't give you dates because I just can't remember. The Saco train was protected by the Los Angeles pool crews and the Mojave plant was protected by a regular local crew out of Los ANgeles.
