Well, given how much taxpayer money has been plowed into the line, all I and others ever read about consists mainly of "lip service" and nothing real such as "Hey everyone, the NWP just passed it's FRA inspection" which if that showed up here on AP before it closes down or over on Trainews or TO, that would be a positive sign that the line is about ready to begin operations.

Frankly, let's cut the BS, get & pass the FRA inspection and get on with running the RR because like the taxpayer I am including others, if the BS continues and the RR operations are not to be anytime soon, maybe a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the taxpayers whose % of money paid into the government is nothing more than fraud which I still believe that being.

Don't you think that if there were those shippers and receivers of goods still in business and still alongside the ROW, that this line would have up & running a long time ago?

Like others before, for my taxpayer money thus far invested, I'd like to see those Letters of Intent from those ROW customers who plan to ship and/or receive goods by rail.

Is posting those intended obligations such a difficult thing to post here on AP?
