NEED TO GET RID OF MEYERS AND MACDONALD Marin board members who voted no for the inspection

The Board also directed staff that NCRA as owner of the freight easement join with NWP Co. in making
application to FRA to begin inspections which will result in the lifting of Emergency Order 21 forthwith.
