I'm guessing that the I.R.S. has already attached liens to everything they could, and probably some things they couldn't. Did the homeowners in Train Mtn. own the land under their houses, or was it leased ???
I've only recently learned of this place, courtesy of a visit to Sacramento Live Steamers during the Espee Tech convention last September. I've driven through Chiloquin,OR. many times; I hope Train Mtn. is still a going deal next time I'm in the area.
