Breen offered me a lifetime lease on 40 acres in 95. He wanted help in railroad matters and my knowledge on same.
I could write a book on TM. Suffice to know, I sold my place to Fred Vertel and got the hell out years ago. I was a volunteer and when pay checks bounced, people with badges showed up (IRS, Feds, State) looking for Breen, I got nervous so I started checking things out. Look back when he practiced law in the Bay Area. The Feds were on to him then. I was told he had permits for everything when in fact the county didn't have anything on file except the original "Shop" building built by Lee Carlson before Breen purchased the place. I found out he screwed Ed St John out of his place with some funny paperwork and even caused one of his partners to lose his bids on some cell sites when he was caught rigging bids by the FCC. I was lied to from start to finish. On the railroad, we used to call guys like him "Silver Tongue" or "Rudolph Vaselineo".
Sorry, he was crooked as a cork screw and now my guess is the IRS will get their pound of flesh at the expense of everyone that put sweat into the place.
