I ditto what you say Carol, we have family land in and around Davis and Dixon. Many people have no idea what it means to have a family farm in the family for over one Hundred years with roots back to the gold rush days. I believe that the family farm is like Indian land, its sacred and should be preserved and not lost. The family farm should also not be burdened with inheritance taxes ether. There have been many farms lost to this over the years its criminal.
