This isn't too surprising. I also remember when Ed St. John got run off around 20 years ago. When we lived in Klamath, I was told the main reason for the cabooses and the other prototype equipment on display at Train Mountain was so the property could be considered a tax-exempt museum. Funny thing, most of the historical equipment was set up in non-public areas...
