I believe that as Stockton applies to visitors like Winterail attendees, this survey means little or nothing. Except for the 2 or so years that it was held in Modesto, I have gone there every Spring since '82 and have never had any kind of bad experience. Have also been to the city for other reasons & ended up with the same feeling. Flew out of there early one morning in '08 to attend the airshow @ Oshkosh...again, a good experience. You have to take surveys and such with a grain of salt.
