What a waste! California could use all the $300 million improving the existing system that is performing well but gets to see the Octopus slink its eight arms around yet another bag of federal money to pursue something that will benefit the taxpayers of 2030. Amazin' what a Democrat guv can do with a Democrat president (although the previous R-R alliance produced the same sort of results).
