This is the crux of the problem. Don't cut MY benefits, cut HIS benefits. Typically human attitude, my interests are necessary, everything else is optional.

The solution is really simple, just cut those expenses, programs and etc from which no one derives a benefit. Easy as pie. Shouldn't take more than a morning.
