Moonbeam, the one spawned this mess in his first incubus as Governor, has recently been spewing statements in defense of extening/bridging/? TEMPORARY? PERSONAL income taxes, and has sounded like he he's having a stroke in progress. Mr. Jibber himself could not translate the jibberish.

His plan is quite simple, even a CTA flunky could have designed it.
