Why no SD75s on UP?

UP bought a bazillion SD70s, but no SD75s. BNSF, on the other hand, bought a number of SD75s. Is there a reason for this?

I recall that back in the day, UP bought a few (50) SD45s, but over a thousand SD40s. SP and Santa Fe bought a lot of SD45s. In the end, a lot of the SD45s (most or all of SP's, at least) were downgraded to SD40s. (Was it because the longer crank was too failure prone?) Is UP avoiding the SD75 for fear of similar problems?
