The bottom line is that the only thing that a shortline freight railroad has to offer is SERVICE to their customers; preferably GOOD SERVICE! Apparently these customers have been waiting for 10 YEARS to receive rail service again. Now that the service has started, it would be a real shame to discontinue the service. Plus, how are you ever going to attract new business if you cannot offer dependable service.

Apparently they need more trucks on the roads up there before they figure out that the railroad can help get some truck traffic off of the road!
