Remember NCRA is in the process of ridding itself of the remains of it's own North Coast Daylight. Except for the diner and ranch car at Asti the rest is junk. THA is bringing the three Santa Rosa coaches, four subs and one heavyweight they already own to Humboldt Bay for restoration, far from the present operation to Windsor. Where would the equipment come from to operate any passenger train???
