Amtrak can arrange one-off trips. The recent trip on
the Inside Gateway via Keddie used Amtrak equipment and
a substantial number of privately owned cars. There
was also a similarly organized trip to Lewiston several
years ago. I have heard that organizing these trips is
a long and frustrating process, but I'm happy to go on
them!

I would be particularly interested in an Emeryville to
Healdsburg NWP excursion. I'm not sure how far north
the NWP is operable
