They run the RAL and Caboose Train concurrently with each other(helps cover the large summer backlog of customers). There is a switch tender assigned so the RAL can duck into the clear when the Caboose Train passes. Wasn't there, so didn't know what exactly happened. Sucks when an injury of any kind occurs, especially when there is a large amount of general public exposure(FRRS has an excellent safety record/reputation). Fortunately, this wasn't worse than it was.
