Seeing as it aligns with the dedication of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial on the Mall, it seems like a very good idea to me. One has to imagine that a large number of people going to visit the Memorial will ride Amtrak that day and the days that follow shortly after. They will be greeted by a great piece historical exhibition (that is made up of Library of Congress owned images as I understand). This will work both as an advertisement to use Amtrak again and as a good will piece. It does not look like something that cost much to put together either.
