What I learned years ago is to stay with brunettes and steer clear of blondes. Especially blondes that seem like they are such nice individuals, but eventually harpoon you in the back without warning.

As for fish, I stick to wild salmon and wild trout. There's something amiss with farmed fish, like it is too mushy. Salmon fillets... 425 degrees in a casserole dish with some slices of butter on top. Keep an eye on it and you'll know when it's done.

I've only had halibut once and I don't think I cooked it right.

Beaverton Foods makes a pretty good tartar sauce.
