Sammie, I have forwarded your request to my Espee Biz Car - expert friend. My only good source, the book 'Espee Guide to Freight & Passenger Cars Volume # 3', doesn't list either the Santa Rosa or a car # 128. Keep in mind Espee owned over 100 Biz & Official cars during their corporate history; as well many car names were re - used repeatedly. Because the biz car Sunset was always assigned to the Espee President,there were 5 different cars named Sunset over the years. Perhaps Tony Thompson from Espee Tech will chime in with more info ???
