Sunset Railroad

Many years ago, I was in a small bookstore in Bakersfield, and they had a book that had just been published about the Sunset Railroad, from Bakersfield out to the west side of the valley, through Taft. It was just about that line, not SP in general or anything like that. I came this close to buying it, but didn't. Now I can't find any reference to it on the internet. Anyone out there have any info about that book?
