Yes I remember the Mt Baker trainset there for painting (at least i think so) and it and the My Olympus set that was recently completed looked really nice...
They moved the cars and locomotive from the gate last nite back to the big tube today and it looks like the cars have had some prep work already for repainting...
But if these cars are not mechanically sound, why paint them and waste the money???? So I am assuming they will be able to fix the cars... if not, then more government waste... For you Tacoma foamers just look at the money wasted on the I-5 widening in Tacoma. They have to spend money for art work as part of the project... so they used concrete panels on the wall of the project with designs on them...then they cover up the wall 90% of it with dirt....
