Hi,
I guess I better set the record straight. Mr. Andrews doesn't know the facts:
1: The Talgo cars at CEECO are being painted. They include all the cars that were not originally repaint by WSDOT several years ago and Amtrak this year. Nobody spec'd wrong paint or used the wrong paint to my knowledge.
3) The crack does not span an articulated joint. No one I know is talking about revoking our grandfathering waiver from FRA.
4) You are entitled to your opinion about which equipment you like. Nevertheless, the Talgo equipment will be back soon.
