I think the money would have been much better spent building an overpass over Highway 99 so the trucks could get directly to Interstate 5. As it is, you can sit at that intersection for 10 minutes behind long lines of backed up trucks. Seems like easy access to I-5 would be a no brainer.

About the time they figure it out and get the thing built, the contract will be up, and the container companies will move back to Seattle to save $20 on the next 10 year contract.
