Speaking of clueless ....

If you had followed this issue you would realize that the group managing the tracks (WURR) have done their research. The agreement with the folks from Yreka is that WURR will collect and manage ALL the money, and pay to Mr Hammonds group their share. The WURR also has it as part of the agreement that they will not be subsidizing the Hammond operation in any way. The WURR was not in a position to run any significant number of trains on their own this season anyway. What exactly is it that the WURR has to loose by this arrangement?
