It's also interesting to take a look at the policies of the various agencies that have the control of salvage after forest fires and for that matter the national forests in general. The scorched earth, let nature take it's course concept is stupid. It's too late when they finally let salvage take place. The timber is un useable. We all remember the log trains that came off the Indian lands after their fires a few seasons ago. Andy
