I too wish I could legally own 7% of someone's debt (not stock), and "own them".

And then blame it on a guy who had very little to do with it (what exactly did Obama have to do with this? The massive run-up in debt issuance by the U.S. occurred under the Reagan administration - it continued through every President thereafter, certainly including but certainly not restricted to Obama.)

And from that 7% of debt ownership, aspire to own something else (the nation's privatized, stockholder-owned railroads).
