I had similar problems trying to get pictures accepted by these folks. I actually had some rejected that were better than some of the few I had accepted, so I finally got mad and told them to take ALL my photos down.

A good place for sharing your photos is on the North American rail photo archive at [photos.greatrails.net]. This is a true railfan site, and they have accepted both the classic and the crappy.

You'll find photos from all over the U.S. and Canada, and even from Great Britain and Europe (one of the more prolific posters is a railfan from England, who has several THOUSAND on line). You can even get recognized for the number of photos you have posted

They also have several associated photo sites that highlight transit, model trains, trains in New England (their original site, as I recall), and virtual trains.
